Establishing
the correct market price for a property
is based on a number of factors, including
the sales history for similar properties
in the area. Underestimating the value of
a property is clearly not in the best interest
of the seller, however, overestimating the
value of the property is equally detrimental.
All mortgage lenders in Florida require
an appraisal to be carried out before they
will approve a loan. If in the opinion of
the Appraiser the property does not justify
the sales price, the loan will not be granted
and the sale will fall through.

your property. We will not inflate the market
price of your property simply to obtain
