Admission tickets grant you a one-hour entry window, and you’re welcome to stay until closing at 4:00, no matter your entry time. Every person entering the farm, whether buying a tree or enjoying the activities, requires a ticket. Calling all history buffs! Take a trip back in time and explore Pioneer Village at Shingle Creek. The Pioneer Village is comprised of a permanent collection of authentic structures which once stood in different areas of Osceola County. They were carefully relocated to our present location and gently preserved to demonstrate how life was once lived before our modern times. The village includes a general store and post office, schoolhouse, church, train depot, homesteads from Osceola settlers, Seminole settlement, a cow camp and working structures such as a blacksmith shop, citrus packing plant, cane grinder, and barn. Admission to the Pioneer Village is only $8 for adults and $4 for children. The village is open seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to take a self-guided tour at any time during these hours, or you can call 407-396-8644, ext. 1, for guided tour availability.
